This summer, we’re running 8-week challenge—FOCUSED ON HEALTH & NUTRITION
Welcome to the Base Summer Challenge, available to Members and Non-Members
8 weeks to focus on your health by combing great training with healthy habits & nutrition tracking. Let’s all get stronger, fitter and healthier this SUMMER.
STARTS: Monday 13th October
FINISHES: Saturday 6th December*
*at our River Loop Challenge and Christmas Party event.
Your goal for the challenge is to train 4+ times each week (bagging points for your assigned coach) and combining this with a focus on your goals, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits .
At the start of the challenge you’ll be assigned Coaches who will be there to keep you on track. You’ll be given a framework to review areas of health to focus on and whether your nutrition is aligned to your fitness goals. Once you’ve dialled in your areas to focus on it is GAME-ON. 8-weeks to step up, level up and transform.

Here’s what you get when you
join the challenge:
🥇 THE CHALLENGE
At the start of the challenge you’re given a health & nutrition playbook and assigned a coach. These will both help you keep your dial in which keystone habits to focus on and if your nutrition needs aligning to your goals.
Every Class or Run Club/I Don’t Run Club you attend bags points for your coach. Tick your attendance in the studio and each week we’ll see which Coach’s team has done the best, with prizes (or punishments 😂) for your Coach
In addition to the classes, points are up for grabs for tracking & engaging with your Nutrition (more info below)
💪 2 x body composition scans
Pre- and post-challenge BODY COMPOSITION SCAN
If you want to track your numbers then book in for a free scan at the beginning & end of the challenge.
