This summer, we’re running our next 8-week challenge—accountability, support & progress.
Welcome to the Base Summer Challenge:
8 weeks of support, challenges, and non-stop motivation to get you stronger, fitter and healthier for SUMMER.
STARTS: Monday 6th October
WINNER PRESENTATIONS: Saturday 6th December, at our joint River Loop Challenge and Christmas Party event.
You’re assigned to one of our 3-coaches who will be there to hold you accountable and offer you guidance during your 8-weeks of training.
You will be given advice and resources to dial-in your NUTRITION during this 8-week period.
Each week you collect points for your Coach’s Team by attending a class or a Run Club/I Don’t Run Club. You won’t want to let your coach down as each week the winning coach picks a punishment for the 2 losing coaches!
At the start and end of the challenge you have the option of doing Body Composition Scans. This is really great for anyone who really wants to focus on building muscle or dropping fat (but this isn’t a mandatory focus point).
Along the way there will be prizes for the best performers, the best attitudes, the best consistency and a big prize for the biggest transformation (whether it’s mental or physical).
