3 Classes on Monday and Wednesday (3:45 pm, 4:45 pm, and 5:30 pm)
5 Classes on Tuesday and Thursday (5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:30 am, and 9:30 am)
HYROX
Our HYROX-inspired class combines functional strength and endurance training in a race-style format. Expect a powerful mix of running, sled work, rowing, and full-body movements that mimic the official HYROX race—all scalable to your level. Ideal for anyone looking to challenge their fitness, build capacity, and train with purpose.

CARDIO HIIT
Elevate your heart rate and burn maximum calories with our high-energy Cardio HIIT class. This fast-paced session blends short bursts of intense effort with active recovery using functional movements, light equipment, and bodyweight drills. Perfect for improving endurance, agility, and all-round fitness.

Designed specifically for adults 65 and over, this low-impact strength class focuses on improving mobility, balance, and functional strength in a safe, supportive environment. Led by experienced coaches, it's the perfect way to regain confidence, maintain independence, and stay active.
