GENERAL TERMS

1. Health and Safety

  • Always consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

  • Members are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in classes safely.

  • You acknowledge that participation in exercise programs involves inherent risks, including injury.

2. Behavioral Expectations

  • We strive to promote a positive and supportive fitness environment.

  • Members are expected to treat others with respect and follow the studio’s code of conduct.

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of your membership.

3. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in classes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Base Training Co. from any claims, liabilities, injuries, or damages related to your participation.

4. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Base Training Co reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • We will notify members of significant changes through email or posted announcements at the studio.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. Class Packs

  • Class Packs consist of 5 passes, providing access to 5 classes within a 6-month period.

  • Unused passes will expire after 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Class Pack purchases are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

2. Membership Options

We offer two types of memberships to suit your fitness needs:

Unlimited Membership:

  • Enjoy unlimited access to classes per week.

  • Includes free creche services, access to run club, and open-gym.

  • Membership is available at $59 per week with a 6-month commitment.

Limited Membership:

  • Access either 2 classes or 3 classes per calendar week.

  • Enjoy complimentary creche services and access to run club or open-gym for a $10 fee.

3. FREE Creche Services

  • We’re more than happy to have your little ones in our crèche, but please be aware there are guidelines around this service to ensure a safe, calm & enjoyable environment for all.

4. Commitment and Cancellation

  • All memberships require a minimum commitment of 4 weeks.

  • You may cancel your membership anytime after the initial 4 weeks with a 2-week notice period.

  • To cancel, please contact our support team through the app or in person.

5. Membership Suspension

  • Members can suspend their membership for free for up to 8 weeks each calendar year.

  • Any additional suspension beyond 8 weeks will incur a maintenance fee of $3 per week.

6. Class Reservations and No-Shows

  • Classes can be reserved online or through the app.

  • A "no-show" (failing to attend without prior cancellation) may result in a loss of your class pass for that session.

  • Please provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel your class reservation.
