Everyday our classes and workouts include HYROX movements…it’s why we’re Noosa’s only affiliated HYROX Training Club and why we’ve had so much race success. We have learnt from all of our racing and experience, so in addition to our regular classes we have HYROX dedicated sessions on Wednesday and Friday with HYROX race equipment. Plus Open-Gym throughout the week for running your own sessions on your own schedule. Compliment this with our 4 coached run sessions each week include, Tempo, Interval and Hills work…you will get stronger and faster than ever!
