3 Classes on Monday and Wednesday (3:45 pm, 4:45 pm, and 5:30 pm)

Our HYROX-inspired class combines functional strength and endurance training in a race-style format. Expect a powerful mix of running, sled work, rowing, and full-body movements that mimic the official HYROX race—all scalable to your level. Ideal for anyone looking to challenge their fitness, build capacity, and train with purpose.

Designed specifically for adults 65 and over, this low-impact strength class focuses on improving mobility, balance, and functional strength in a safe, supportive environment. Led by experienced coaches, it's the perfect way to regain confidence, maintain independence, and stay active.

A social movement session for those who prefer a chat over a sprint. Join us for a walk, talk, and the occasional light jog—no pressure, no pace goals. We wrap it up with a coffee to celebrate movement, connection, and good company.
